Clean Air Fund

Global Learning Partnership

As its Global Learning Partner, ClearUp worked with this United Kingdom-based philanthropic foundation to help it understand how public demand shapes effective air quality policy, while strengthening a culture of learning across the organization.

We conducted a broad-reaching evaluation across three countries—the UK, Poland, and Ghana—generating actionable evidence on the factors that drive policy change in varied political contexts and identifying the conditions and tactics that make demand-side strategies successful.

We developed innovative, fit-for-purpose learning products and processes to build foundation and grantee capacity, sharpen the Clean Air Fund’s strategy, ensure that evaluative insights are useful, informing portfolio decisions, and enhancing impact into its next strategic cycle.
