  • Kerry has over 25 years of experience designing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating projects worldwide. She founded and managed two successful woman-owned small businesses and has extensive experience brokering partnerships across the private and public sectors. Kerry is a pioneer in the digital innovation space, promoting adoption of digital technologies and designing investments in digital health and the digital economy. She is a frequent author and presenter both in peer reviewed publications and conferences and in blogs communicating her team’s work. She is Adjunct Faculty at Georgetown University  and serves on the board of the American Evaluation Association.

  • Meredith is a seasoned evaluator with 14 years of global experience across Africa, Asia, the Middle East, and the Caribbean. A specialist in gender equity and social inclusion, she’s worked with governments, multilateral agencies, foundations, and NGOs. Meredith champions participatory, locally led evaluation, skillfully bridging donor, implementer, and community perspectives to produce human-centered evidence that drives better decisions.

  • Jade is a monitoring, evaluation, and learning leader passionate about translating information into useful, engaging learnings and actionable recommendations. She has more than 15 years of experience leading qualitative and quantitative evaluation and research contracts, facilitating trainings and strategic planning, and building individual and institutional MEL capacity. Jade has worked across Asia, the Middle East, and Africa in diverse sectors.

  • Dr. Vandelanotte is a Medical Doctor and Specialist in Public Health Medicine with Broad experience in Sub-Saharan Africa in tropical medicine, hospital management, health systems strengthening, monitoring and evaluation in senior management positions. He has senior experience developing monitoring systems and data quality assurance mechanisms. He has led more than 20 evaluations, is a motivational mentor and trainer, and is fluent in French and English.

  • Alison is a global health leader with over 15 years of experience advancing evidence-based programming across Sub-Saharan Africa and Latin America. She brings deep expertise in monitoring, evaluation, research, and learning, with a strong track record of translating data and field insights into strategy, program design, and adaptive decision-making. She is skilled in fostering team collaboration and in developing tools, processes, and knowledge products that drive learning and impact.

  • Thom is a senior executive with more than 30 years of diverse global experience in contract and business operations, business management, and strategic consulting. A 20-year veteran of the United States Marine Corps, Thom brings demonstrated expertise managing large budget resources for academic institituions, government agencies, and small businesses. He has a proven capability to forge effective working relationships vertically, across organizations, and with internal and external partners. He is passionate about leading, managing, and motivating teams to maximize their talents and elicit their best work.

  • Mary is highly skilled in leading and working with teams to conduct research and evaluation efforts, including all aspects of design, implementation, and report and presentation preparation and delivery. She has extensive experience working with governments, consulting firms, universities, non-profit organizations, and multinational corporations on a variety of topic areas and contexts. Much of her work has focused on U.S. public health, but she is passionate about supporting all kinds of mission-driven organizations to tell their stories.

  • Christine is a senior analyst and writer focused on monitoring, evaluation, and learning, gender, and effectively communicating research results. She brings a passion for data analysis and visualization, user-focused reporting, and effectively sharing data to inform program decisions and funding allocation. Christine also leads technical writing and editing for distributed international teams working across Africa, Asia, and North America.
